Becca Laurito - Musician Wellness

Becca Laurito is a classical musician, meditation practitioner, holistic nutritionist and energy healer. Becca is the Principal Percussionist of the Hawai’i Symphony Orchestra and also performs with the Kansas City Symphony and the Philadelphia Orchestra. On her journey towards musical mastery, Becca reached a breaking point that created mental burnout and health symptoms including autoimmune disease. This crash ignited a deep interest and dedicated study to the healing arts, spiritual psychology and an ‘east meets west’ approach to mind and body wellness. With her experience in restoring her own health, performing in high stress environments and deliberate practice, Becca coaches others in building mindfulness practices, optimizing mental health, physical well-being and achieving career goals with ease, calm and balance.
