What technology do I need to take a remote coaching session?

All you need is a computer, tablet, or smart phone with internet access and audio+video capabilities; a computer/laptop close to the wifi router or directly plugged into ethernet is preferable. Headphones are also suggested for improving communication quality and the lesson experience. Pro-tip: If you are in a room with a window, try setting your camera up with the window to the side of you, not directly behind - so your coach can have a good clean view of you to give the best coaching possible!

Do I pay for a coaching session before or after?

Before. Your payment is processed at the time you book your session.

How much does it cost for a coaching session?

Rates will vary based on the coach. You’ll be able to find their rates on their individual profiles, with different time frames of 30, 45, or 60 minute sessions.

Can I pay for multiple coaching sessions at once or only one at a time?

Yes! You can schedule on-going, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly lessons, or pay per session. There is an option before you check out to “book more sessions.” You can also ask your coach if they offer “Packages.”

What payment types are accepted?

All major credit and debit cards are accepted, as well as Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Alipay, AmEx Express Checkout, Masterpass by Mastercard, and Visa Checkout. We utilize a secure encrypted processing system so your information remains safe.

How will I connect with my coach when it’s time for my session?

After you complete your booking and payment, a calendar invite will be sent directly to your email. A video link will be included in that invite that will connect you with your coach at your scheduled lesson time.

Sometimes I lose track of time and forget about my coaching session  time! Is there a reminder system?

We understand your struggle! That’s why we send a text message reminder the day before your lesson! Standard text message rates apply. You have the option to “opt out” of these, just let us know by emailing thedencollectiveinc@gmail.com.

I am a complete beginner, will coaches be willing to work with me?

Yes! The Den is here to support and nurture the growth on all stages of a musician’s musical journey!

I have been playing for a long time and have serious goals/auditions coming up. Can The Den help me?

Absolutely! We have coaches that can meet you on any level, and many are prepared to offer career and audition advice as well.

If I can’t make a coaching session, can I reschedule?

Yes. We have a 24-hour prior rebooking policy, please click on the “reschedule” button in the calendar confirmation to find a new time.

What happens if I need to cancel a coaching session?

If you must cancel a coaching session and cannot find a time for rebooking, please click on the “cancel” button in the calendar confirmation, and then email us at team@producedbybear.com to confirm the request of refund.
