Winter 2022 INTERNSHIP

Produced by BEAR, an innovative concert design and production company based in Los Angeles, CA, has expanded to its next stage in launching “The Den Collective.” This initiative will strive to reimagine the remote learning and coaching experience as well as provide a heightened access to resources for musicians. BEAR is currently accepting applications for the Winter 2022 Digital Content and Social Media Internship position. This position is a work-remote, project based, stipend agreement ($400) beginning October 1st and completing March 31st, with the opportunity to advance. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:



  • Proficient computer skills, including Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience in graphic design and video editing

  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision

  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas



Internship duties and responsibilities:

  • Creates digital content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok)

  • Brainstorms branding execution concepts with CTO and CMO

  • Analyzes analytics to gauge the success of campaigns and provides weekly performance reports to the executive team

  • Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service organization

  • Provide suggestions to CEO for improving customer experience on community platforms and internal processes

Requirements:

  • Proficient in graphic design including Canva, Crello and/or Photoshop

  • Experience in video editing software such as iMovie, Premiere, Splice, Kapwing

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program to receive credit

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Have access to computer/laptop, stable internet, phone

  • Must be able to legally submit a W-9 Form



Time Commitment:

Up to 5 hours/week for the duration of the spring/summer semesters beginning October 1st and completing March 31st, with the opportunity to advance. Attend one 1-hour remote team meeting per week.
